How to Order

All orders can only be done via this website.

1. Select Product

    Select the product you desire from the categories at the top of the website. For the complete description and close-up images, click on the picture of the desired product. 

    2. Add to cart

      Choose your desired quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase. Shortly the checkout page will pop out on your right side, and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT. 

      3. Review Your Bag

        Click on the BASKET icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items in the cart.

        4. Check Out

          If you decide to finalise your order, click CHECKOUT. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

          5. Sign In

            For registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, click REGISTER and simply fill in your details 

            6. Shipping Address

              Please write your shipping address correctly and choose your preferred shipping method. 

              7. Billing Address

                Please fill out the billing address if it is different from your shipping address. Please note that this is for DROPSHIP or GIFT purposes.

                8. Payment

                  Choose your payment method and click PAY NOW

                  9. Finish Shopping

                    An on-screen receipt with an ORDER ID will appear. You will need the ORDER ID to confirm payment (if you choose "Bank Transfer" payment method) and to check your order status. Make sure you write down your ORDER ID in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.

                    MY ORDER ID

                    ORDER ID is a random reference number you received after making an order. 

                    Be sure to write down these numbers as you need them for payment confirmation and order tracking.

                    ACCOUNT INFORMATION

                    You can modify your account details and review your order history in "Log in" section in the right top of our website.

                    ORDER STATUS

                    Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

                    Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.

                    If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email or whatsapp. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped.

                    MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER

                    Once orders have been made, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed. 

                    HOW TO CONFIRM PAYMENT

                    After the payment has been done, simply click on "Payment Confirmation" at the upper-right section of the website. Fill in all the required details.

                    You will receive an automatic email regarding the shipping schedule and shipment tracking code once we have confirmed your payment and shipped your order.
